Client Confidence: We use a 3-D modeling program that allows us to work collaboratively and efficiently with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Owners have the opportunity to see visuals of each space before construction begins, and find comfort in knowing everything is carefully coordinated.
Team Relationship: Every project begins with an initial site meeting where we get to know each other, outline the understanding of work, and from there we put together a proposal of services and fee. From initial meeting to final punch list, we are committed to making sure owners, contractors, and the design team are supported.
Experience: We have designed for a broad range of project types over the years, and this experience, along with our teams education, certification, and training, allows us to take on complex scenarios confidently. We make design decisions that are backed by science and provide functional spaces for our clients. Function, for us, always comes first, but that doesn't mean you compromise beauty – we always give you both.
